The golf club is one of the three landmark venues of Cluster 6 on Sindalah, NEOM’s island destination in the Red Sea. MAB United delivered its building services under the cluster’s combined MEP contract.

Execution.
Structure and services are modelled together and clash-detected before installation, so that the mechanical and electrical routes are proven against the frame rather than cut into it.
