How we deliver

Every project.
- Engineering first Shop drawings, 3D modelling and clash detection produced in-house. Coordination between structure, MEP and ELV is resolved on the model before it becomes a problem on site.
- Quality as a record Inspection and quality control run under an ISO 9001:2015 framework, with records maintained as work proceeds rather than assembled at handover.
- Execution under supervision Construction runs under daily site supervision, with site control, safety management and progress reported against programme.
- Safety as a condition Occupational health and safety is managed under an ISO 45001:2018 framework, applied to MAB’s own workforce and to the site it controls.
- One point of accountability Where MAB holds both the civil and the services scope, the interface risk between them sits with MAB — not between two contracts.
