Qiddiya is one of the Kingdom’s flagship entertainment and tourism destinations. MAB United holds the full mechanical, electrical and plumbing contract for the Water Park Hotel — a single MEP scope covering every building service the hotel depends on.
The package is delivered as one integrated contract rather than as separate trade packages, so that HVAC, power, water, drainage, fire protection and automation are coordinated against one another before installation rather than reconciled afterwards on site.

Execution.
Shop drawings and 3D coordination are produced in-house and clash-detected against the structural and architectural models before installation begins. Testing and commissioning is treated as a defined contract stage: systems are demonstrated working, not merely installed.
