Standards
applied on site.
A certificate describes an intention. A record describes what happened. MAB is assessed on both.
Three frameworks,
one delivery.
Quality, safety and risk are managed as defined processes across the contract rather than as exception procedures invoked when something has already gone wrong.
Quality management
Inspection and quality control applied throughout delivery, with records maintained as work proceeds rather than assembled at handover. Testing and commissioning is the point at which installed scope is demonstrated working.
Occupational health & safety
Safety management applied to MAB’s own workforce and to the sites under MAB’s control, run as part of daily execution rather than as a separate audit function.
Risk management
Risk identified and managed as a defined process across the contract — covering engineering, procurement, sequencing and site conditions.
