What we do.
MAB’s civil work runs from the ground up: earthworks and excavation, reinforced concrete, masonry, post-tension and precast members, steel structure, and the waterproofing that determines whether the structure performs over its life.
On the Rilam private compound in Riyadh, MAB held the concrete, structure, block works and MEP scope under one turnkey contract. At Amansamar in Diriyah and OPG Dammam Hospital, the civil package sat within a wider delivery.

- Masonry & building works Blockwork, structural reinstatement, plastering, screed, waterproofing and insulation.

- Infrastructure & external works Drainage, chambers, pump stations, utility interfaces, foundation works and asphalt-related activities.

Every package runs through the same seven stages — engineering, procurement, coordination, execution, QA/QC, testing and commissioning, handover — with shop drawings and clash detection produced in-house before installation begins.
