What we do.
ELV is where a building becomes operable: surveillance, access control, fire alarm, voice evacuation, structured cabling and the building management system that ties them together.
On the Six Flags public realm at Qiddiya, MAB delivered CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi, IPTV, BMS integration and digital signage. At the Parcels Towers in KAFD, the electrical and firefighting scope covered risers, main and sub-main distribution boards and the wet sprinkler network.

ELV designed after the services are installed is ELV that fights them. It is planned inside the same coordination model as the mechanical and electrical scope.
Delivery
& engineering.
Every package runs through the same seven stages — engineering, procurement, coordination, execution, QA/QC, testing and commissioning, handover — with shop drawings and clash detection produced in-house before installation begins.
