Engineering,
procurement,
construction.
Design integrated with delivery through an in-house BIM organisation — so buildability is resolved on the model before it is resolved on site.
What we do.
Under a design and build or EPC contract, the party that engineers the work is the party that has to build it. That removes the gap where a design is technically complete and practically unbuildable.
MAB produces shop drawings, 3D models and clash detection in-house, then carries the same information through procurement, coordination, execution and commissioning. The Rilam compound is the clearest example: one contract covering concrete, structure, block works and MEP.
Scope
- In-house shop drawings
- BIM coordination & 3D modelling
- Clash detection & simulation
- Design-to-build integration
- ISO 9001:2015 quality framework
- Full project QA/QC
Project
proof.
The commercial argument for design and build is speed. The engineering argument is that one organisation owns the consequences of its own decisions.
Delivery
& engineering.
Every package runs through the same seven stages — engineering, procurement, coordination, execution, QA/QC, testing and commissioning, handover — with shop drawings and clash detection produced in-house before installation begins.
