What we do.

MEP is the discipline MAB has carried at the greatest scale. On the Water Park Hotel at Qiddiya it is the whole contract; on the Saudi German Hospital medical tower it covered the full building; on Sindalah Cluster 6 it was delivered across three buildings at once.

What these have in common is that MEP was treated as one integrated scope rather than as separate trade packages. HVAC, power, water, drainage, fire protection and automation are coordinated against one another before installation — the only point at which coordination is cheap.

Scope

Mechanical & HVAC Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ductwork, ventilation, chilled-water piping and insulation.
Electrical systems Power distribution, cabling, lighting, emergency power, earthing and lightning protection.
Plumbing & drainage Water supply, sanitary and stormwater drainage, sewage, pumps and water storage.
Fire protection Sprinklers, hydrants, fire pumps and specialist suppression-system solutions.
Specialized services Gas and medical gas, steam, compressed air, irrigation, pools, fountains and water features.
Testing & commissioning System testing, air balancing, commissioning, preventive maintenance and optimization.

Project

In healthcare and hotel work the services are not a finishing trade. Ventilation, power resilience, medical gas and fire protection are conditions of the building operating at all.

Every package runs through the same seven stages — engineering, procurement, coordination, execution, QA/QC, testing and commissioning, handover — with shop drawings and clash detection produced in-house before installation begins.
